Mumbai, May 15, 2025: The KP Group has recorded a very strong financial performance in FY24-25. KPI Green Energy, KP Energy & KP Green Engineering have released their highly noteworthy FY 2024–25 results.
Highlights
KP Green Energy: Revenue up 70%, Cash Profit up 104%.
KP Energy: Revenue up 97% and Cash Profit up 103%.
KP Green Engineering: Revenue up 99% and cash profit up 124%.
Revenue has shoot up to INR 1,755 crore, a 70% year-on-year increase, and net profit surged more than doubled to INR 325 crore, a 101% increase. There is significant growth EBITDA also, reaching INR 581 crore with improved margins.
KPI Green Energy’s net profit more than doubled to Rs 104.18 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The company's shares rose following the results.
KP Green Engineering has posted Rs 46 cr profit in Q4, 2024-25. The company's revenue grew from Rs 247.83 crore to Rs. 435.51 crore year-over-year. A dividend of 0.20 paise per share was also approved for.
KP Energy’s Profit before taxes in Q4 FY25 stood at Rs 65 crore, up by 91% from Rs 34 crore registered in Q4 FY24.
