Mumbai, 24 November, 2024: Rishabh Pant has emerged today as the most expensive IPL Player with Rs27 Cr as his sold price. As per late night Sunday development, 72 Players have been Sold, out of which 24 Overseas Players have been Sold. 4 RTMs (Right to Match) were Used and Rs467.95 cr have been totally Spent. The two-day Mega Auction commenced at 12:30 PM local time on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
The highly anticipated TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) Player Auction List was recently out with a total of 574 players set to be featured in the Mega Auction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to be held on 24th and 25th November, 2024.
Out of the 574 Players, 366 are Indian and 208 are overseas, including 3 players from associate nations. The Auction includes 318 Indian uncapped players and 12 uncapped overseas players.
204 slots are up for grabs with 70 available slots for overseas players.
INR 2 Crore is the highest reserve price with 81 players opting to be in the highest bracket.
