Mumbai, October 12, 2024: Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited (“the Company”) has reported its financial performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2024.
Highlights of the unaudited financial results as compared to the previous periods are as under:
QUARTER’S PERFORMANCE (CONSOLIDATED)
Total Income is Rs 1,836.57 Lakh as compared to Rs 2,084.72 Lakh on Y-o-Y basis, on account of
lower utilisation of infrastructure assets.
Net Profit is Rs312.23 Lakh as compared to Rs 317.66 Lakh in Q2 FY 2023-24.
QUARTER’S PERFORMANCE (STANDALONE)
Total Income is Rs1,836.57 Lakh as compared to Rs2,084.72 Lakh on Y-o-Y basis, on account of
lower utilisation of infrastructure assets.
Net Profit is Rs243.43 Lakh as compared to Rs247.56 Lakh in Q2 FY 2023-24.
The Company continues to provide infrastructure support services which includes transportation of petroleum products and raw water through pipelines and other support services mainly to Reliance Industries Limited.
The Company presently does not have any expansion plans on the anvil.
