Mumbai, February 20, 2025: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), through its Centre of Excellence for Leadership, has partnered with Cultivating Leadership to launch a comprehensive suite of leadership development programs aimed at strengthening India Inc.’s leadership capabilities. This transformative collaboration aims to equip business leaders with the mindset, skills, toolset and agility needed to navigate an increasingly complex and dynamic business landscape.
This initiative marks a significant milestone, coinciding with the 15th anniversary of the CII Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellence for Leadership, which has been instrumental in developing future-ready leaders through strategic partnerships, high-impact learning interventions, and global insights.
