Mumbai, July 23, 2026: On July 23, 2026, the Board of Infosys approved Ashiss Kumar Dash as Chief Executive Officer Designate ("CEO Designate") of the Company, effective immediately, until March 31, 2027. The Board also approved its intention to appoint him as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 1, 2027, subject to fulfilment of all statutory requirements.

Background and Experience

Ashiss Kumar Dash is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India, and has completed the Global Leadership Program from Stanford University. He is based in Los Angeles.

• Health Sigma (enabler of intelligent healthcare using AI)
• Simplus (an Infosys company providing Salesforce quote-to-cash solutions)
• BlueAcorn iCi (an Infosys company leading digital experience design)

He is also a Trustee of Infosys Foundation USA, which focuses on expanding access to computer science and maker education for K-12 students and educators across the USA, while working to digitally upskill communities.
