Mumbai, February 13, 2025: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today met Elon Musk, the co-founder and CEO of Tesla in Washington DC.
PM Narendra Modi also met Mr. Michael Waltz, National Security Advisor of the United States at Blaire House in Washington D.C. today.
PM Modi wrote on X: “Had a very good meeting with @elonmusk in Washington DC. We discussed various issues, including those he is passionate about such as space, mobility, technology and innovation. I talked about India’s efforts towards reform and furthering ‘Minimum Government, Maximum Governance.’
It was also a delight to meet Mr. @elonmusk ’s family and to talk about a wide range of subjects!
Modi also wrote on X:
“Had a fruitful meeting with NSA @michaelgwaltz. He has always been a great friend of India. Defence, technology and security are important aspects of India-USA ties and we had a wonderful discussion around these issues. There is strong potential for cooperation in sectors like AI, semiconductors, space and more.”
