Immediately after his visit to Ayodhya on the auspicious occasion of consecration of Suryawanshi Bhagwan Shri Ram, Prime Minister chaired a meeting to launch “Pradhanmantri Suryodaya Yojana” with the target of installing rooftop solar on 1 crore houses at his residence at Lok Kalyan Marg.

PM further said: “Now the time to come is for success. The upcoming time is now for accomplishment. This grand Ram temple will become a witness to the rise of India. This temple teaches that if the goal is justified, if the goal is born of collective and organized power, then it is not impossible to achieve that goal. This is India's time and India is going to move forward. After waiting for centuries we have reached here. We all have waited for this era, this period. Now we will not stop. We will continue to reach the heights of development. With this feeling, we pay our obeisance at the feet of Ramlala. The culmination of duty is the basis of a capable, grand and divine India. PM further stated: “Today our Ram has come! After waiting for centuries our Ram has arrived. After centuries of unprecedented patience, countless sacrifices, sacrifices and penance, our Lord Ram has arrived. Many congratulations to all of you and all the countrymen on this auspicious occasion. I have just appeared before you in the sanctum sanctorum as a witness of divine consciousness. These are indelible memory lines being inscribed on the wheel of time with everlasting ink. Today I also apologize to Lord Shri Ram. There must be something lacking in our efforts, our sacrifice and penance that we could not do this work for so many centuries. Today that deficiency has been filled. I believe that Lord Ram will definitely forgive us today.”
On the arrival of Ram in Treta, Tulsidas ji has written - Prabhu Biloki Harshe Purbasi. Since ancient times, people from every corner of India have been worshiping Ramras. Ramkatha is infinite, Ramayana is also infinite. Ram's ideals, Ram's values, Ram's teachings, are the same everywhere. Today, in this historical time, the country is also remembering those personalities, because of whose work and dedication we are seeing these auspicious days. Many people have shown the pinnacle of sacrifice and penance in this work of Ram. We are all indebted to those countless Ram devotees, those countless kar sevaks and those countless saints and mahatmas. Today's occasion is not only a moment of celebration, but at the same time it is also a moment of realization of the maturity of the Indian society. For us, this is not only an opportunity of victory but also of humility. The history of the world is witness to the fact that many nations get entangled in their own history. I would appeal to those people today... realize, reconsider your thinking. Ram is not fire, Ram is energy. Ram is not a dispute, Ram is a solution. Ram is not just ours, Ram belongs to everyone. Ram is not only present, Ram is eternal. Today, the way the whole world is connected with this event of Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha, the omnipresence of Ram is being seen.”

Scheme aims to reduce the electricity bill of the poor and middle class
Immediately after his visit to Ayodhya on the auspicious occasion of consecration of Suryawanshi Bhagwan Shri Ram, Prime Minister chaired a meeting to launch “Pradhanmantri Suryodaya Yojana” with the target of installing rooftop solar on 1 crore houses at his residence at Lok Kalyan Marg.
During the meeting, Prime Minister said that the power of the sun can be harnessed by every household with a roof to reduce their electricity bills and to make them truly aatmanirbhar for their electricity needs.
Pradhanmantri Suryodaya Yojana aims to provide electricity to low and middle-income individuals through solar rooftop installations, along with offering additional income for surplus electricity generation.
The Prime Minister also directed that a massive national campaign should be started to mobilize residential segment consumers to adopt rooftop solar in large numbers.
