Mumbai, January 19, 2025: President-elect Donald J. Trump is set to take oath of the office and become the 47th President of the United States.
US Chief Justice John Roberts will administer the oath of office to Donald J. Trump, President-elect of the United States on Monday, 20th January 2025.
Due to frigid temperatures, the swearing in ceremony will be held indoors.
Inauguration Day is the day when the president-elect and vice-president-elect are sworn in and take office.
Inauguration Day occurs every four years on January 20 (or January 21 if January 20 falls on a Sunday). The inauguration ceremony takes place at the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, DC.
