Mumbai, February 4, 2025: Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis chaired a meeting today with Auguste Koume, World Bank Country Director, and Imad Fakhoury, International Finance Corporation (IFC) South Asia Regional Director, and other representatives.
The significance of the meeting of CM Devendra Fadnavis with Auguste Koume, World Bank Country Director, and Imad Fakhoury, IFC South Asia Regional Director, and other representatives was to discuss important projects being undertaken in Maharashtra.
It may be recalled that history was made at the recently concluded World Economic Forum in Davos, with Maharashtra under the leadership of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis signing a total of 54 MoUs worth 15.70 lakh crore investment. These projects are estimated to create 15.95 lakh employment.
