Mumbai, 01 November, 2026:The 3rd Vibrant Goa Global Business Summit (VGGBS 2026) concluded with flying colours on October 31, 2026, after a three-day event at the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium in Taleigao, Panaji, Goa.

• Investment Potential: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant announced that the summit concluded with investment potential exceeding Rs10,000 crore.

• Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs): Nine MoUs worth Rs8,600 crore were signed, which are expected to create over 5,000 employment opportunities.

Chief Minister of Goa Dr. Pramod Sawant announced that the Vibrant Goa Global Business Summit (VGGBS) 2026 concluded with nine signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) worth Rs8,600 crore, while noting that additional proposals in the pipeline take the total investment potential beyond Rs10,000 crore.

• CM Sawant highlighted that the Goa Investment Promotion Board (IPB) locked in nine initial MoUs valued at Rs8,600 crore during the three-day event.]
• Exceeding Rs10,000 Crore: He confirmed that extra ongoing and prospective investment proposals push the cumulative potential past Rs10,000 crore. 

• Participation: The event drew delegates, business representatives, and speakers from 58 countries, along with hundreds of national delegates and entrepreneurs.
• Core Focus Sectors: Artificial intelligence, data centers, manufacturing, tourism, education, healthcare, energy, infrastructure, marine technology, and MSME growth.

• The 3rd VIBRANT GOA GLOBAL BUSINESS SUMMIT was successfully organised with the attendance of delegates from 58 countries, 400 plus National delegates and few thousand local business man, entrepreneurs, youth and others. Africa - India conclave, the semiconductor conclave, the COGGE conclave, and 20 plus knowledge sessions on various important topics were organised.
• Products and Services were displayed at more than 200 stall as per international standards.
• Also, the Reverse Buyers Sellers Meet was organised along with the international delegates. 
• Hon CM spent lot of time to meet the international delegates, national delegates and he also visited and interacted with most of the stall owners.
• The legendary Kapil Deo was the key note speaker at the valedictory. 
• Overall this event was a great opportunity for our MSME and other business to scale their business and grow All the Trustees, Directors, Ambassadors, and other team members of Vibrant Goa Foundation and other organisers worked round the clock towards the success of the program.
