Mumbai, February 20, 2025: Bandhan Bank today announced that it has opened 9 new
branches across 3 states. The two branches have been opened in Maharashtra along with
six in Uttar Pradesh and one in Kolkata, West Bengal. Mr. Partha Pratim Sengupta, MD &
CEO, Bandhan Bank inaugurated the new branches in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and
Kolkata in the presence of the Executive Director Mr. Rajinder Kumar Babbar and other
senior dignitaries.
The new branches in Maharashtra are situated at Gondia Branch (Gurunanak Ward, Old Bus
Stand Road, Gondia) and Goregaon East Branch (Vishveshwar Nagar, Goregaon East,
Mumbai).
The expansion of the branch network is in line with the Bank's ongoing commitments for
diversification and to establish its footprints across the country, bringing innovative banking
solutions closer to its customers. With the launch of these new branches in Maharashtra,
the Bank will now serve its customers through a robust network of 300 outlets in
Maharashtra and over 6300 banking outlets across India.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Partha Pratim Sengupta, MD & CEO, Bandhan Bank said,
