Mumbai, September 14, 2024: Northern Arc Capital Ltd, has allocated 8,702,031 Equity Shares to 15 anchor Investors and raised Rs 228.86 crore ahead of company’s proposed IPO at the upper price band of Rs 263 per equity share (including premium of Rs 253 per equity shares) with face value of Rs10 per share.
